Peya appears on Vogue cover

Janatul Ferdaus Peya told the press that she’s going to be featured on the cover of the Indian edition of the renowned fashion magazine ‘Vogue’. Recently an issue of the magazine with Piya on its cover was published.
The issue titled ‘Celebrating beauty in diversity’ was published on the occasion of ninth anniversary of Indian edition of the Vogue on Friday.
Peya posed for the magazine cover along with Pooja Mor from India, Shenelle Rodrigo from Sri Lanka, Varsha Thapa from Nepal, Raudha Athif from Maldives, and Deki Wangmo from Bhutan.
Piya went to Mumbai for the photo-shoot last July. Six models from member countries of SAARC posed for the cover in Mehbub Studio. The models were styled by Anaita Adajania Shroff and captured by Bharat Sikka.
Piya debuted in Redwan Rony’s film ‘Chorabali,’ and later she acted in ‘Gangster Returns’ and ‘Story of Samara.’ She will also appear in a special role in Bangladesh-India joint production ‘Prem Ki Bujhini,’ which is released on Friday.
